What are my renewal options?

Renewal is FREE (lifetime warranty). Enter your existing key and the sp_dc cookie of the Spotify account you want to renew. Your key will be reset so it can be used on another account.

Why do I need a different account?

Spotify allows an account to be upgraded only once per year. If your last upgrade was less than a year ago, you'll need to use a different account. If it's been more than a year, you can upgrade the same account on the Upgrade page.

How long does renewal take?

Renewals typically take 5-10 minutes. Once completed, your key is reset and ready to use on a new account via the Upgrade page.

What if my account never had Premium?

Renewal is only for accounts that previously had Premium with us. If you're getting Premium for the first time, use the Upgrade page instead.
